In Progress — Disney / Pixar Toy Store
I first saw this adorable image on Stacey’s My Jigsaw Journal blog and fell in love with it. I think this was one of the rare puzzles that she had already given to someone else so I was going to have to purchase it myself if I wanted to do it. It took me a long time to actually hit the purchase button as there were so many other puzzles out there I wanted even more — if you can imagine that! LOL
This is my first post in a very, very long time that is about a puzzle currently on my puzzle board today. I’ve been going through all my old in progress and completion photos over the last bunch of years since I stopped blogging, and getting them posted before I completely forget everything about them — like the titles and manufacturers.
Maybe it’s just me, but I’m finding this puzzle to be a bit challenging as there aren’t a lot of bigger picture elements to easily pick out of the pile. There are so many little characters that are maybe 2 to 3 pieces in size and then it’s on to a different character. This is making the puzzle a bit more difficult than I had anticipated. This, combined with being extremely busy with and mentally exhausted from work, has made it hard to get more than a few minutes in front of the board so far. I’m hoping this weekend I will be able to devote a few solid hours to it and start to make some real progress.
In the meantime, here is the current state of the puzzle:

Not a lot done yet, but we’ll see where we are at the end of the weekend. Fingers crossed for good progress!

Slow and steady wins the race. I hope you got some more time in front of the board this weekend and that the puzzle doesn’t seem as tedious once you get more pieces in.
Yeah that is what I am hoping for too. It is not an easy image.
It’s not, but it’s entertaining if you can spend some time at it. I would image working in fits and starts for only a few minutes at a time would be extremely frustrating with this image. Hope you get some time to really work on it soon.
