From the moment I first laid eyes on this puzzle I knew I had to have it. Not only because it is an adorable Mickey and Minnie Disney themed puzzle, but because the happy couple is pictured touring a country near and dear to my heart – Italy.

Randy and I spent the 10 glorious days of our honeymoon visiting these very same areas. We stayed in Pisa one night after visiting the tower….we took a gondola ride in Venice and we toured ancient cities like San Gmaniano, Venice, Veroma, Florence and Siena.

It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and we loved every minute of our time there. We did a bus tour that took us to so many fabulous and ancient historical sites – from The Vatican to the Collesium to an ancient city of ruins called Ostia and to Verona, home of Shakespeare’s Romeo amd Juliet.

This puzzle was a lot harder than I anticipated. I actually struggled way more than I thought with the ears of each character in the three scenes. Most the rest of the puzzle was relatively straight forward. This was another one where I saved the border for last. Once the rest of the puzzle was put together, the border was super easy to put together.

As soon as I finished the puzzle I glued and mounted it to a piece of foam board. It is now ready for framing.

I cannot wait to hang it up on the wall so I can see it every day and be reminded of the best vacation I have ever had.
