Assembly:  I assembled this beauty several years ago.  It was one of six various size puzzles that come in a big box at WalMart.  I think the brand might have been Sure-lox, but I cannot remember for sure.In any case, this was a fun little puzzle and more of a challenge than I thought it would be initially.  The colorful buildings were a lot of fun, and also where the biggest challenge was in assembly.  I have a much bigger, 2000 piece version of this same scene by Buffalo deep in my to do mountain.  I look forward to assembling it some day and mounting it on the wall.  I think it will be a stunner.  But for a cheapy little puzzle, this one had pretty good quality, albiet thin pieces. The main thing was it laid flat once assembled.  That is a big pet peeve of mine when it comes to puzzles.  The pieces have got to lay flat and stay flat once assembled.  I hate it when they don’t.  ☹

I have never been to Cinque Terre, even though I spent my honeymoon in Italy.  My husband and I would like to go back again some day and travel from Rome south as we went from Rome north for our honeymoon.  I would like to include a trip to Cinque Terre if possible.  It looks so pretty, but I do know that puzzle artists and manufacturers add in a lot of vibrant and color-saturated richness with digital images that would not normally be there so we’ll see if it’s as pretty in “real life” as it is in the puzzle.  I sure hope it is.
