Well as the title of this post implies, I have been sick since Tuesday with a really nasty cold / flu virus. It’s now Friday afternoon and I’m still feeling pretty lousy. And the best part is that because I’m 14 weeks pregnant, the doctor doesn’t think I need any sort of medication to get rid of what seems to me like bronchitis. He said my lungs sounded clear…how, I don’t know when I practically cough up my lungs every few minutes, but who am I to argue with someone who has spent a little longer in medical school than I….LOL

Anyway, this results in an even sadder admission…I have barely touched the puzzle this week at all. I finally went down to the puzzle room this morning, sat in my chair, and basically stared at the puzzle for a good 45 minutes. I think I might have placed about 3 pieces in that time period. Mostly I just looked at the puzzle and willed the pieces to move…much to my disappointment, they didn’t move a darn inch. Stupid pieces! :o)

So here’s a couple of pictures…there’s really not much progress to be seen here except for a little more of the coral added. Hopefully I will start feeling better soon and can attack this thing head on next week. Thanks for reading. Happy Friday!
