Day: Ahh….Who the He** Knows! LOL
Well clearly I’ve made just about ZERO progress since my last post which was over a year ago! So many things have happened over this last year that has prevented me from working on this project. Here’s a few of the many things: Randy changed jobs, we lived in a hotel in southern CA for 8 weeks, we relocated to Atlanta and started commuting back and forth every couple of months to our house in Florida until it sold, finally, in April of this year. We stayed with my sister-in-law and her family in Atlanta for the first four months, and now we’re spending five months living with our good friends (in another suburb of Atlanta) until our house is completed in mid-September. We have slept in our own bed in our own house for about 4, non-consecutive weeks, over the last year. We are EXHAUSTED!
It has been a really rough year, but luckily we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel with the new house. And one of the best parts of getting this new house built is I will have my own separate room to put my puzzle together and not have to move it or roll it up every few days! Hallelujah!!!! So, sometime after September 13th, I will be able to unpack my puzzle and really get going on it full force. I cannot wait! I have missed working on it so much, and I’m so thrilled to have the additional space in my new finished basement to have a “puzzle room” that I can lock and keep my 2-year-old out of!!
So contrary to what everyone probably thinks, I have not fallen off the face of the planet, and I haven’t thrown the puzzle out the window thinking I’d never finish. I’m still here, still planning to finish the puzzle, and still blogging (just not very often obviously). Thanks for hanging in there with me, those of you who are left.

YAY! So glad things are coming to a close for you. Sometimes "life" gets put on hold for life. 🙂 Glad you will have lots of space to put puzzles together in and glad you haven't given up. I, too, have been on hold for awhile. LIFE! But I think about the puzzle everyday and constantly am figuring out the best way to get it set up again. Good luck and keep the posts coming. Hope to hear from you soon and I will post soon as well. God Bless!
Thanks, Cortney! I've been wondering what happened with you too. Are you planning to still use your bedroom to work on the puzzle or have you figured out another option?
Not sure yet, but will definately update when I get there. 🙂
