Rainbow Donuts
When I first started writing up this post today I really could not remember many details about the puzzle brand, or the title. It simply was another color puzzle I had in my Flickr photostream from a few years ago and which I had never posted about on here. It is amazing to me, even armed with such little information as I had, I was still able to find it on Google without too much effort. There are of course hundreds of donut puzzles out there from just about every brand known to man and yet within about 5 – 7 minutes I was able to find this one. I did ultimately find another picture in my phootstream that confirmed it was a Good Puzzle Company image.
This little guy was very quick and easy to put together as I recall. Most 300-piece puzzles are that way at least in my experience. Sometimes I love the image so much that I absolutely want it in a larger piece count, but every once in while I do a 300 piercer and think yeah I’m glad that wasn’t any bigger than it was because it wasn’t easy. I would put this one in the former category, and I could easily see having fun with this one in a larger, even 1000 piece size. Image is everything, right!
Good Puzzle Company is apparently a separate line of puzzles owned by Gallison. I think this may be the first one I’ve done by them and I’m not sure if I have any others in the puzzle closet. Quality was pretty good and the fit decent too. I don’t think I did a Stacey stance pic, but I don’t remember if it was because it wouldn’t survive the challenge, or if I just forgot to take one. Doesn’t really matter at this point anyway I guess. I still had fun assembling it, and wouldn’t mind sinking my teeth into a couple of these delicious looking delicacies. I am especially drawn to the teal and the purple donuts for some reason. I just love those colors!
