Painting Paris
I fell in love with this puzzle the moment I first saw it online. Paper House Productions was a new puzzle brand for me at the time and the quality was lovely. I did this one years ago but I do recall it being a pretty easy build and the colors are extremely bright and vibrant. It was a pleasure to put together and made for a very enjoyable build.

I worked this image pretty quickly and then immediately glued it as I knew I would want to hang it on a wall at some point. I see it every day coming out of my bedroom and it always makes me smile. I just love the vivid colors and now that I’ve actually been to Paris it means even more to see it captured on my wall permanently as it brings back memories of a great family vacation.

Have you ever been to Paris? While we really enjoyed seeing the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and The Arc in person and the amazing views the Tower provided, we weren’t overly impressed with the city itself. We went in July of 2024 which in hindsight was a bad idea given it was only two weeks before the Summer Olympics were due to start there. Traffic was a beast and several times the taxi driver gave up and dropped us further away than originally intended. We did not love where we stayed, even though it was near downtown. The surrounding area seemed very run down and there was tons of graffiti everywhere. If we go to Paris again, I will be sure to book us in a different area of town.
We did really enjoy the crepes, croissants, and gelato while we were in France though that’s for sure. The Arc de Triomphe was pretty and the views from the Tower were pretty cool. We could even see where they were preparing for the openining ceremonies while we were up there. Here are some of my favorite pics from Paris….’

We saw a lot in the 2 days we spent there before heading over to London. We LOVED London and will share more pics of that in another post where I have a London based puzzle to share as well.

I am so glad we got to see Paris though! The Eiffel Tower truly is remarkable and worth seeing at least once in your lifetime if at all possible.
