Yesterday I received these two puzzles in the mail from my mom’s favorite online store to buy puzzles — Herschnner’s. These two cute and very country images immediately brought to mind my childhood home in northeastern California. We lived in the country on a 40-acre ranch, and our three-bedroom house had many wall decorations featuring birds, flowers, and other country landscapes. These would have fit perfectly with the decor in the house. Mind you, this was in the early 1980s, LOL.

While they would not have been my choice for a puzzle image, I love the fact she picked them out because they are 100% her and that makes them perfect! I look forward to doing these and sending her a picture when they are finished.
