It seems like many, many moons ago that I posted this in progress pic of a puzzle called Lips. I had recently started it and then never posted a completion post about the final assembly and my overall thoughts.

I loved this puzzle so much when I was putting together all the different lips – each one was so unique and pretty. I really was enjoying it, but once all the lips were completed and all that remained was the skin colors and pink lines making up the rest of the image, I started to lose interest quickly. This part was not nearly as fun in my mind and I was ready to just throw in the towel.

But I persevered and did eventually knock out the rest. It took a little while, but in the end I am glad I finished it. It is a really gorgeous and fun image and a was pleased with myself for powering through and completing it.

This was a puzzle that as soon as I showed it to my puzzle buddy Stacey, she decided to purchase it immediately too. Read about her build assembly here.

Since that time, we have done the same puzzle at approximately the same time on several occasions. She has a lot more time to puzzle so I never beat her in assembling a puzzle, but it is fun to know we are building the same image simultaneously.

Here are my favorite individual lips. Apparently, I really like the blue ones for some reason. LOL
