How cute is this little puzzle? If you said, it’s adorable, you would be right! LOL Stacey over at My Jigsaw Journal gave me this new, larger version of the Micropuzzles she really enjoys. I loved their images and thought most of them were super cute, but I did not like the tiny size of the pieces. The ones that came in the tube were just too small for me to enjoy working with. However, when Micropuzzles changed up their sizing not long ago, and it got a little bigger, I was all over it.
Stacey sent me this one to try out and I can honestly say I would officially do these in this size and thoroughly enjoy them. The pieces felt lovely in my hand and had a nice, buttery and matte finish to them which is my favorite. Add in that the image resolution and quality were great and you’ve got a recipe for a great puzzling experience.
This baby puzzle will serve as my official first Halloween / fall themed puzzle of 2026. Early October felt like a really good time to do this one as I want to start doing more seasonal based puzzles in the actual season. I will still, of course, do some in off seasons too, like my Christmas in July postings because I love wintery / Christmas scene puzzles so much that I love doing them at any time of the year.
Size wise, 5 x 7″, they are the perfectly suitable if you wanted to take them with you on an airplane or to do in a hotel room. They don’t take up much space at all and they’re quite enjoyable.
