Today is the final post in the Animal Selfies set of 12 puzzles by Cra-Z-Art that I have been blogging about recently. Each and every one of the puzzles was great fun to assemble and just hard enough to keep it from being boring. I love all (okay, well ALMOST all of the faces — sorry horses).
For this final set, I chose my three favorites based on the shapes they include. I absolutely adore the gorgeous Orca in this one as well as the colorful fish at the very bottom. This same type of fish (I wish I knew what kind it was) was also represented on the far right bottom of section 4 of my Life puzzle.
This cute selfie has the biggest mix of different animals of any of the puzzles. You don’t often see a dog, cat, rabbit, gerbil, hamster, and butterflies all in one picture. The hamster sitting on the dog’s head is so cute…he looks like you could pick him up and hug him. I also loved the butterflies in this puzzle, and especially how the one on the bottom appears to be flying away.
I’m not a fan of frogs in real life, but I do love knick knacks and souvenirs which are made up of frogs…they can be quite cute if they are not accidently jumping into your house. 🙂 This one also has two pretty butterflies which I love to assemble as they are colorful and each one so unique.
Sadly, we have come to the end of this Animal Selfies series, but I hope you have enjoyed reading about each one as much as I enjoyed building them and taking pictures. I will be putting these aside in my “send to Stacey” pile and I’m sure if you also follow her blog, you will see these friendly faces again soon — complete with names and ridiculous backstories, I’m sure. I know I can’t wait!
